Liked: Beautiful views and very friendly staff.
Disliked: One can only open the door to get fresh air, but it opens to a shared balcony which is inconvenient at night. The breakfast is barely edible. The hotel uses cheap, highly processed foods with no or terrible taste. Stick to bread, butter, boiled eggs and coffee.
Liked: Room (suit) was larger than expected. We also had private saunas in the room, which was very nice - we expected only finish sana, but also got steam sauna.
Disliked: The room was a bit cold in the evening. Saunas were not as hot a they should be and were lacking thermometer and "clock".
Pay at the end of your stay - then they might help with problems
Liked: Beautiful view. Good breakfast. Clean comfortable room.
Disliked: The wi-fi did not work at all on the 4th floor and the staff were not remotely interested in he;ping us fix it. As we paid upfront I felt there was no incentive for them to bother helping. Also the bath leaked a lot, which we did I not discover until the kids were asleep in the evening. When I told the staff the following day they told me I was lying as I wanted a refund. I did ask for a partial refund as I was was very irritated that the wi fi hadn’t worked at all and had to mop the floor in.
Great stay
Liked: We received a very spacious room, very well equipped. The spa was fun. Nice view.
Disliked: A bit far from Cortina - 10 minutes drive
Decent but would not return
Liked: Location and free parking
Disliked: No quite hour. Noise from first floor bar/restaurant patrons were so loud throughout the night
Liked: Room was spacious, Spa available and super clean. Private garden was fabulous
Disliked: The only details is that the electricity breaker of the socket was off in our room and took us some time to figure it out but nothing major.
