  Liked: The selection at breakfast

Disliked: Checked in and was spoken about very dismissively as the manager didn't know we spoke Italian. No aircon in the room meant we had to keep the window open which meant being kept awake by the recycling glass products being taken out and then woken up by the refuse collection in the morning. The heated pool is apparently only heated in winter. And then being ignored by the poorly trained breakfast staff capped off a mediocre stay.

Liked: Great hotel with a comfortable room and really nice facilities. The location was perfect — right in the heart of Courmayeur and super convenient for the UTMB CCC start. Exactly what I needed the night before the race. 🏔️🏃‍♂️

Disliked: Perfect stay in the heart of Courmayeur

Liked: The location and its restaurant

Disliked: The decor was quite dated and looked a bit tired. The bathroom and shower were very small and could do with an update

Avoid at all costs, so many better and more reasonably priced places to stay

Liked: Location is good and out door pool, breakfast also good

Disliked: Spa area is disgusting and some non functional, truly very poor. Gym and pool entry is very poor, very under maintained, the whole hotel needs major improvement. The Manager has refused to reply to my email resent 3 times, and won’t take my phone call. Very badly run and poor quality for the price
