  Liked: .cooking facility, laundry area, good location to where I needed to be in the city, extremely clean

  Disliked: .wifi not working half the time/had to giggle the wires to get it to work, the open/closing cord to the outside bedroom blind was removed so the blind was in a fixed open position which was 8 inches - not allowing much airflow and being the only window with the back balcony door it made for dark hot rooms during days and nights. Window sheers let in all the street lights of the night. The wrong access code was given to retrieve the keys,, so I had to phone for help from an older woman who say she didn't speak english/but she could, which soon after an older man arrived to fix something on the water heater but really didn't do anything/I think he was there to checkup on me. He questioned my brother-in-law if he would be staying. Then he came again the next day to take pictures of some leaky problem but couldn't find the problem and on the same day a younger man came saying he was managing the place and required govt ID, which I know is true for Italy. These men did not call 1st. they just showed up at the door. A few days later, an old man was knocking at the ground level window for food/money. The windows were barred, so not a security risk. Actually, a very safe neighborhood. It's just the neighbors stand under the window and talk loudly, as well as you hear anyone passing by talking too... day and night. I think the worst is, because the driveway door to the back parking area is very close to the only window, if it's closed or open, you can hear the scratchy rusted metal on metal sounds as it slowly opens and slowly closes... day and ALL night, loudly. Definitely a good sound prop for the next Vincent Price movie. And... if the kitchen had a cutting board and a mixing bowl, that would have been a benefit. And if there was a proper drying rack for laundry.
