  Good location and room but very noisy

  Liked: Location and room were great. Staff member who checked us in wasn’t very helpful but the staff member who checked us out was fantastic - very helpful in answering questions and helping with arrangements.

  Disliked: Room was very noisy - to the extreme. Eat plugs were provided but this did little to reduce the noise from outside the hotel.

  Liked: Great Staff, very very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. The location could not be any better 1 min from the train station. Outstanding breakfast every morning so it's a must to add this option to your stay.

  The stay was wonderful but too short

  Liked: The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and tidy. The food was delicious and plentiful. Very pleased with my family’s stay at this hotel.

  Disliked: No elevator was available on first (floor zero) floor. Elevator was too small to fit in with luggage.

  Liked: The location - if you have a few plans to visit another nearby city The cleanliness - fresh towels will be changed everyday if you need but please think about the sustainable world

  Disliked: Due to the good location most near the train station of course you may experience some noisy situations But it's for us understandable.
