  Liked: Wheelchair accessible enough...Just

  Disliked: Hotel is just about wheelchair accessible. A side door can be opened on request with a small lip. The lift is VERY small. Manual wheelchairs should be ok but, with a depth of probably 100cm my electric needed adjusting to fit every time. I didn't see the accessible rooms but my standard room's bathroom door was probably 45 cm wide. Hotel needs an option to book an accessible room on Booking.com

  Liked: The location is great, literally just a few minutes' walk from everything. Duome is located above the corner. The location also allows you to take a short break during the day when you need some rest or simply want to drop off your shopping. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Nino. There are many highly rated restaurants and tavernas nearby, so it's easy to find somewhere to go in the evening.

  Disliked: The bathroom could benefit from some updates to make it more comfortable and in line with the overall experience.

  Liked: The breakfast was good the service provided by Karima made a great way to start the day

  Other than the late night noise, the boutique hotel was lovely overall. Highly recommend

  Liked: Welcoming and very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean room, nice bed. The location is fantastic and convenient in the middle of shopping, restaurants, sites like the Duomo, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and more.

  Disliked: Was noisy at night with 'party' folks in the street. We were on the 5th floor and heard them. The bathroom shower was a small tub with folding doors. Could be difficult for older people.

  Ideally located boutique hotel with breakfast included

  Liked: Ideally located near the Duomo and other major points of interest. Clean rooms. Friendly staff and a nice breakfast served each morning!

  Disliked: The rooms were quite small, and the shower was tiny.
