Liked: The location, everything was in walking distance.

Disliked: A bit noisy sometimes, especially in the morning but that‘s not the owners fault

  Wonderful

Liked: Good location and great place

Disliked: It was a little bit noisy at night, the garbage trucks and the out loud people, it would have been nice a heads up.

Perfect location in the heart of the city!

Liked: The Location is perfect! The communication with our host was easy and smooth, he was supportive and ready to help with every issue.:)

Disliked: The window frames are almost from the Medici Times:) and there are three different waste-collectors coming very early every morning - 04:30, 05:20 and 06:30, so the good sleep was hardly possible. And all guests must be advised that in Florence there are power savings Policies, so the maximal temperature set of the heaters is 22 degreees, which might be not enough for everyone. For us it was a bit cold in the room:)

Liked: The room was nice and host was good

Disliked: However we struggled with the check in process and not easy to access the code but host texted me that the key in locker after using code. There is no elevator but we had to walk upstairs (3 rounds) when we were carrying our luggages up:(

Liked: Great location, but overall not a good value for the price. The place is extremely noisy at night — even with earplugs it was hard to sleep. For what’s charged, I expected something more comfortable and better maintained.
