  A bit pricy, but a very nice stay not far from city center

  Liked: Very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, spacious room, nice indoor appearance, English speaking staff, nice welcome gift for our child

  Disliked: Smell in the bathroom in the first day (but managed easily by staff), loud music coming from (probably) dining room in the evening (up to around midnight).

  Overall abeautiful and restful stay

  Liked: I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a bit pricey but if you can afford to stay hear by all means do it. The hotel is located in a quiet area and near the American consulate which gives you a sense of extra security. Its an easy walk to all the important sites in Florence. Breakfast is amazing. It has any and everything you could want. The room was a nice size on the first floor, street side, but with double windows you couldn't hear anything from the street. This is what five stars should be.
