  Do not spoil your vacation by staying in this place

  Liked: Only location otherwise everything else is very bad. Mould and rotten in the room and bathroom. Furniture is garbage. Bad smell (stinks smell) all around the place from the entrance to the bedroom. Not sound proof. The bathroom is very small, full of bugs and a very strong sanitary smell coming from it. Body lotion and shampoo you need a magnifying glass to see it. No napkins in the bathroom or bedroom. The garbage bin in the bathroom is broken ( the paddle to operate). No iron or iron table. There are two irons in the lobby for the whole resident you have to take it from the lobby, the iron table is for toys. And so many other bad things that I cannot remember. Staying in this place is a nightmare. If the are offering free stay I wouldn't agree.

  Great location and comfy bed

  Liked: Location is great - easy walk to everything! Good view from window Gave a nice Italian feel Room was spacious Bed was comfy and looked good Fridge was with water Good hair dryer Jacuzzi bath was nice at the end of the day Good communication prior to visit Friendly and easy Check-in with a bit of guidance to see things. Free WiFi - city has free WiFi too!

  Disliked: Entrance a little run down No staff at night No breakfast option available Can get a bit noisy as no double glazing and there were street raves below our window one night. Wardrobes are not in keeping and let the room down

  Wonderful week in Florence at a superb location!

  Liked: Fabulous spot across the street from the Bargello and a block from the Uffizi and Galileo museums! The staff members at the front desk were kind and responsive, accommodating our late arrival and providing helpful updates and useful tips. This facility is comfortable, rather than luxurious, but it was perfect for all our needs for a week-long stay. Not all rooms face the Piazza San Firenze, but we actually preferred facing the quiet "back" of the building. Can we go back tomorrow? Please?

  Disliked: Larger guests may find the shower a bit of a squeeze, though it was fine for us. And with its own water heater right in the unit (at least in our room), no one should have any complaints about enough hot water.
