Good hotel and good transport links

Liked: Really close to the tram that takes you straight to the centre of the city. Good spacious room, modern feel.

Disliked: The breakfast was a little disappointing. Very busy and ran out of key items that weren’t replaced quick enough. Orange juice machine not working, hot chocolate machine not working.

The best place to stay for airport access AND for city accommodation in Florence!

Liked: I booked this hotel to be close to the airport for an early flight...in future I would stay there for ANY trip to Florence! With clean and modern facilities, this hotel is exceptional in providing value for the cost, which was less than I paid at guest houses in Florence! It is actually easier to get to major sites from this hotel than from some of the guest houses as it is just 5 minutes from the tram which runs from the airport through the city. This made it MUCH easier than having to transfer to busses and/or walk long distances with heavy luggage. The staff at the hotel was professional and friendly and everything was easy for checkin/checkout. (Push button cappuccino in the lobby available anytime!) My single room was efficiently equipped with everything a modern traveller could need, including a room safe and mini fridge (which are not usually found in guest houses). I found this hotel to be a welcome relief from some of the challenges experienced at older properties during my trip through Florence and Tuscany.

Disliked: I had absolutely no concerns or complaints! This is better than a typical airport hotel as it's so close to the tram which services both the airport and the city center.

Disliked: No airport shuttle. Tram nearby but doesn’t work until 5:20am on Weekends-too late for 7:00am flights. Taxis / Uber €25-40 for a 5 minute ride. Hotel is tired.

The stay was great! Clean rooms and equipped with all the necessities! Short walk to the t2 tram that goes to the airport, plenty of good eateries, the hotel lobby has mini shop, can get simple heat-able food and drinks! Overall amazing stay and big big love for Alessandro! Xx
