  Liked: I really enjoyed my stay at C-Hotels Diplomat in Florence! The location is incredibly convenient, especially being right next to the train station, which made getting around and exploring the city so easy. There are also plenty of great restaurants and food options within walking distance. The rooms were clean, cozy, and comfortable, making it a nice place to relax after a long day of sightseeing. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which was a great way to start each morning. What stood out to me was the friendly and accommodating front desk staff. They were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Overall, a wonderful stay with a great balance of comfort, convenience, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence, especially those arriving or departing by train!

  Liked: I got my room upgraded, there was water, drinks and snack, and nice welcome note. My luggage stored while I waited for checking.

  Very convenient location to access the train station or airport tram

  Liked: The staff was very helpful and made us very comfortable immediately upon approaching the front desk to check in and for all other questions during our stay. The free drink coupons were an unexpected bonus that we used to get a glass of wine. The breakfast was very good, many choices, great pastries and the hot food refilled often.

  Disliked: We were looking for a room close to the station to make our morning departure stress free, but perhaps this hotel is a bit too close. There was street noise primarily from the street trams that are directly outside the front door of the hotel that were noticeable even on our 5th floor room facing the station.
