  Liked: The location was great and easy walking to many sites. The room and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was included and good. Overall, we would go again.

  Disliked: Well in Italy, you have to get used to stairs, lol lots of stairs everywhere.

  A lovely place to stay right in the centre of Florence

  Liked: The location is excellent, right on one of the main areas and the staff were very welcoming on our arrival and throughout our stay including helping us with our suitcases on the stairs. The air conditioning was great especially in the August heat, we never had any issues. The breakfast was wonderful, a selection of food you are able to pick the night before.
