  Great stay!

  Liked: Its a great location, very central- walkable to any of the attractions, shops, restaurants. Very spacious rooms, great comfy bed. Breakfast top notch, 5*. The team in the restaurant would go out of their ways to make you comfortable- great attentive service, very friendly,

  Disliked: We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend it to everyone. The only disappointment for me was that I was offered complimentary proseco with a booking as we were celebrating my husband’s and my son birthday. Sadly that was not the case. Element os surprise for the two of them was not there.

  Average property but well located and well priced, a good option for a short stay in the heart of Florence

  Liked: Location was amazingly central, staff was helpful, room had everything one could need

  Disliked: Room was smaller than expected, and a little stuffy. Layout and usability of desk, coffee machine etc was a bit inconvenient, ground floor lift area had an unpleasant smell, breakfast was average. Overall the property needs an upgrade
