  I would never return here - it is quite far from the city center and poor conditions. If I can’t afford staying in the c

  Disliked: - hotel had a general bad smell everywhere; - they LIE in the photos about the individual mini bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap and so on: you get the nasty big bottle that everyone touches and it is never cleaned instead; - the rooms were not very clean; - the rooms were different than the photos: they had some kind of wood panel that was very outdated and crusty and old; - it was cold and we asked for an electric heater and the receptionists said they didn’t have one, but later that night we tried again with a new receptionist (meanwhile they changed shifts) and because this new receptionist had the same nationality as ours he offered us an electric heater because they did have it - SO the first receptionists LIED to us!!! - poor BREAKFAST.

  Good location if you have an early morning flight from Florence. Fix the water pressure for the shower
