  Wonderful staff and very accessible to The Arno River, and train station

  Liked: The staff was wonderful and breakfast was very good. The location is unpack. and we appreciated the elevator for bringing baggage up to the 3rd floor. There was lockable safe.

  Disliked: There wasn't a dresser so aside from hanging things up, we could not unpact.

  Liked: Room was spacious with AC, views on the Doumo The hotel is on 3rd floor, there is a small elevator Staff very friendly Breakfast very good with egg station and coffee and pastry station

  Disliked: When we arrived late at night we didn’t know hiw to get in in the building, we waited for few minutes and some other guests were coming who allowed us to enter I think it us best to let the guest know privately and in advance how to get in.

  Our stay here was wonderful! We would come back

  Liked: The Dedo Boutique Hotel is in a great location. In different directions, it is a 15-20 minute walk to Ponte Vecchio, the Florence Duomo, Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens, Medici Chapel, and the main train station. The staff is very nice and attentive. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet and effective. I like that they have a double bed and 2 twin beds, since we were traveling with our two kids. The breakfast (included) was the best breakfast buffet I have ever seen in a hotel - an assortment of meats and cheeses, pastries, mini pizzas, cereal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, etc. It was very fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this hotel!

  Nice property would not stay again

  Liked: Staff was extremely nice and breakfast was good. Air conditioning was good

  Disliked: Beds absolutely horrible. We didn’t sleep for 2 nights. Extremely small rooms and even smaller bathroom
