  Liked: My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect! The host Pierpaolo was so nice and gave us amazing recommendations. He frequently checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

  Our stay was more than 10 out 10

  Liked: Our host/owner went above & beyond helping us with our luggage & going over how everything worked. The apartment is spotless & very comfortable with everything supplied for our Florence adventure. A big comfy bed helps too!

  Disliked: The stairs are a bit steep but the owner assisted with our luggage so it was not too much for us. The building has so much old world charm but once inside it’s very updated & modern.

  Spacious, modern, clean, and perfectly located. Pierpaolo is a gem!

  Liked: Pierpaolo was an absolute gem of a host. We were excited to stay at his apartment in Florence, but the place exceeded our expectations. It was clean, spacious, modern, and the bed was super comfortable (we're looking into getting the same mattress at home...). Location was safe (as he pointed out, right next to two of the best hotels in Florence, meaning the surrounding area is very safe), close to the train station on one side, and a short walk to all the sights -- we never even thought about taking a taxi or a car. Just steps away to the Arno, right above an amazing bakery and supermarket. Pierpaolo was always checking on us, gave us restaurant recommendations, and helped us with our bags (it is two floors up from the ground level). Would highly recommend staying at Pierpaolo's place. We'll certainly want to next time we come back to Florence.

  The apartment was spacious, modern, comfortable and in a great location just like advertised

  Liked: The apartment was in a good and quiet location close to most of the touristic attractions.. It had great air conditioning (we stayed when it was hot!), plenty of space to feel comfortable for a longer stay, and had many good shops and places to eat close by. The host was very friendly and responsive. He would go out of his way to help with making reservations for tours.

  Disliked: The shower didn't maintain a steady water temperature. It would go from very warm to lukewarm without touching anything. It did this every time I showered.

  Incredible and sad to be leaving! Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful apartment with us!

  Liked: Everything was incredible! Pierpaolo is an amazing host, always checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as he carried our suitcases up and down the stairs, and giving us a map with hints on where to eat! The location is perfect-close to the train station and walking distance to most of the sites (Duomo and more! We walked everywhere) The spacious apartment is beautiful with air conditioning that works great, a kitchen that has everything including a nespresso maker, electric tea kettle, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, table, and so much more, a modern bathroom with slippers, and amenities, a living room with a tv, fireplace and sofa, and a bedroom with a large incredibly comfortable bed! As my daughter would say, “no notes”! If I could rate the stay greater than 10, I would! Perfecto!
