  Quiet, rustic within walking distance to centre with parking

  Liked: It was in a lovely neighbourhood just outside gates with parking. Quiet, rustic. Host was very accommodating and reactive.

  Amazing- we got engaged watching the most beautiful sunset from our room. Loved the hotel

  Liked: The properly had the most beautiful view. Host was amazing and so friendly.

  Disliked: Nothing we loved everything but just to be aware of you want to eat at the restaurant on site it is closed on Tuesday which was a shame as we didn’t realise and planned to eat there on this day.

  Expensive for what it is and not worthy of luxury status. Probably more suited to those looking to escape the madding cr

  Liked: Sabine, The host, The views. The swimming pool. Very spacious. The style of the property. Peaceful location.

  Disliked: Accessibility, very steep hill, lots of steps. Not worthy of the claimed luxury status. Location not good for sightseeing in Florence as bus service poor and taxis expensive. No breakfast offer and nothing nearby. The adjoining restaurant is good but expensive but does have lovely views.

  Liked: The location is in a very nice and quiet area outside downtown. The bed is comfortable, and the AC works perfectly. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine. The availability of private free parking is a plus.

  Disliked: The access to the room is not easy, especially with big suitcases. The garden is not well maintained, and the pavement is rough at night with little lights on. The bathroom doesn't have a fan, and the window doesn't have a mosquito net...not a good combination! The room gets light from the glass door only, which is in front of the passage to other rooms....so most of the time you keep it closed and there is no sunlight.

  Charming rustic room with private bathroom that offers a pool and parking in a great location

  Liked: The location with rare parking facility meant this was a convenient stay for a couple of nights. Sabina and her husband are fabulous. Their restaurant is conveniently situated next door offering lots of choices for dinner. The perfect hosts!

  Disliked: Our personal preference is to have more kitchen appliances, IE no Kettle only a coffee machine is available. Breakfast is not provided so stock up before you arrive.

  Liked: This place is a gem! The view is absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing and soaking in the scenery. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a beautiful location!
