  Liked: Clean and modern

Disliked: Location from central Florence and it overall surroundings. It’s more of an industrial area. You cannot take a leisurely walk in the area. The advertising is misleading to suggest it’s close to Florence centre

Stay was disappointing NOT close to sights and airport shuttle NOT included

Liked: Breakfast was fine Room size decent and bed comfortable

Disliked: Staff was rude and not helpful. When we asked a question, staff acted like they didn’t want to assist us. Hotel advertised free shuttle to airport, however that was not the case.
