  Good value

  Liked: We were upgraded & had lots of space. Comfy bed, lovely local restaurant ( bit of a walk) reception booked for us. Outside space Parking

  By price quality comparison unworthy of the money paid but its authentic Toscan property for who is looking for that as

  Liked: Wonderful nature area in hills at 15 min drive from Florence, authentic but also long time unmodernised.

  Disliked: We have booked appointment based on pictures as most luxury one available, were given at arrival other one that we intentionally didn’t pick because its outdated. We’ve been even more disappointed with old bath and mold on edges. To be honest we have decided to shower at our next stay but mostly it was inconsiderate that our accommodation was changed without prior consent. On beds we only found sheets in October and no blankets. After being waken by cold and asking about that answer was that its mid season. People are different. We use blanked even in summer. It should be costumers choice.

  Lovely location but needs some tlc … checking the finer details makes all the difference

Good to know

Buffet breakfast with freshly baked croissants and bread, fresh seasonal fruits, cured meats, cheeses and local products.

During the summer season, you enjoy your meal under the shade of the olive trees in the courtyard garden of the main villa.

During the winter season, it is served in our cozy dining room, warmed by the fireplace.

The apartments and studios are located in 4 stone boroughs, surrounded by gardens and connected by scenic gravel trails. They are maximum 800mt from the main entrance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.
