  Vibrant atmosphere, beautiful, welcoming and excellent!

  Liked: Grand property, well located for my trip, clean, excellent staff and customer service and will certainly stay at this property again if visit Florence again. Breakfast will always be remembered - delicious!

  Disliked: There is nothing not to like about the property and will definitely stay there again if I visit Florence again.

  Liked: Convenient location, 20 minutes to the center along the river. Good hearty and varied breakfasts. A comfortable mattress. Excellent staff. There is a restaurant for dinners. Recommendation to update the furniture.

Good to know

Please note that private parking is subject to availability and needs to be reserved in advance.

Please note that the presence of furry friends must be communicated at the time of booking.

Management reserves the right to accept pets at its discretion if they do not comply with the guest's declarations regarding compliance with the Pet Policy.

-A copy of the pet's insurance policy covering damage to property and/or personal injury is required at the time of booking.

-Furry friends will be welcomed in their room with a soft mat and a bowl of water, making them feel immediately at home.

-They are welcome in common areas such as the lobby, reception, the Lounge Bar, and the Terrazza Bar, where a table will be reserved. However, they are not permitted in the restaurant areas.

-For their safety, they must always be kept on a leash.

-Pets may be left alone in the room, provided you notify the front desk and place a tag outside the door.
