Liked: walkable distance to the city center, 10-15 minutes walk to the main station. The room was nice, there is a shared kitchen, tea/coffee and biscuits are provided daily for free.

Disliked: Only problem we had were flies, but there was special device for them

Liked: Beautiful, clean, a place to sit outside for coffee in the morning. It’s a good walk to the centre but we love walking so it didn’t worry us. 20 mins Santa Maria novella the main train station. Great communication very friendly! One of our favourites stays on our trip!

  Maybe a bad timing

  Liked: It was clean.

Disliked: Something a solo traveler would never want is 5 min after arrival and finding all the numbers + key in the door is to have somebody by the door knocking and saying something like this is my room/I own the room and asking is it clean. I understand might have been bad timing but not for the money paid. As previously logged WiFi was unreliable, isn’t really warm, there is no place to put anything in shower, sink is in the room area.
