  Disliked: Ms. Sara at the front desk did not return my greeting, even though I greeted her first. I found this rather disappointing and unprofessional, especially for a hotel.

  Great location in Florence. Quiet grounds

  Liked: I like the location and it was quiet, aeay from the hectic pace of Florence. I also like the proximity to the train station.

  Disliked: The bed was way too hard and the blanket was way too itchy. The breakfast was OK. They needed a few more bread options and the scrambled eggs were not very good and they were cold.

  Decent hotel in Florence

  Liked: I like that the propertie is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of Florence. The people are very friendly at the front desk and very helpful.

  Disliked: The breakfast was mediocre. They need some more choices. The scrambled eggs were cold and not very tasty. There is no heat currently on in the hotel so they brought me a heater and my electricity kept going out. the room that my friends were staying in had carpeting and they should change that to tile overall the price is good. The bed is very hard, and the blankets are very itchy. They need a nice comforter for the beds. I asked for a few more bottles of water as I am staying six days and they told me I am only allowed to complementary the first day. I am here.

  Liked: Location was perfect, just a block from the train Station (make sure you exit from the front of the station), city landmarks just a few minutes away, restaurants and markets at the corner. The staff was really kind and helpful, the breakfast buffet was great, the room was spacious, clean and the beds are super comfortable. I really liked this hotel and will definitely book here next time I visit Florence!

  Ideally situated hotel, but not perfect

  Liked: The room was a decent size, the location was ideal and a good breakfast. The staff were all friendly and geneerally helpful.

  Disliked: The staff were often a bit slow with the service. The dividing wall between our room and the room next door seemed to be paper thin, this was a particular problem when touring parties were leaving early in the morning, which happened on at least three occasions during our stay. The hotel seems to be used predominantly by tour groups, predominantly from the US who can be quite boisterous. The shower over the bath was poor.
