Liked: The decoration of the breakfast area

Disliked: Unacceptable hygiene, broken AC, and poor service – do not stay here! Our experience was terrible, and I cannot recommend this hotel at all. Hygiene & Linens: The cleanliness was very poor. There were several dark spots on the bed covers, and both the towels and the quilt had a strong damp smell, as if they had been left wet for a long time. Room Comfort & AC: The air conditioning did not work properly, and the internet was awful. The room also had mosquitoes, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. In addition, both the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Amenities & Service: We had to ask the staff multiple times for basic necessities like shampoo and towels. The receptionist was absent most of the time, and we often had to wait a long time for him to return. On top of that, the staff were not friendly or welcoming at all, which made the overall experience even worse. Breakfast: The quality and variety of the breakfast were extremely poor. Overall: It was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. The property failed to provide basic facilities, proper hygiene, comfort, and customer care. Save your money and book somewhere else.

A lovely, dog-friendly stay in a great location in Florence

Liked: We had a very pleasant stay. The room was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff member was wonderful – always positive, friendly and full of great energy. Our dogs were also warmly welcomed, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was good, and the breakfast area next to the hotel was lovely. The hotel has an excellent location, and the outdoor area behind it is very charming. Parking is available directly at the hotel, although the space is quite small, so a little extra care is needed when parking.

Disliked: There was nothing in particular that we didn’t like.

Good hotel, don't mind the hater's reviews

Liked: Jad was an excellent host and help during our stay. The hotel was clean and breakfast good.

Disliked: They seemed a little short staffed, however Jad worked efficiently and quickly to compensate. More toiletry products would be a plus.
