  Fabulous Staff and Stay

  Liked: Niccolo at the front desk in particular was FABULOUS. So friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. We loved the ceilings in the hotel. The location is also super fabulous.

  Disliked: We wish there was more clothing storage and we had issues with the water pressure in the shower.

  Tarrable…. Use promotional materials but not same as pictures

  Liked: We booked this hotel because it was heavily promoted on Instagram and looked absolutely beautiful in the photos. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. It seems that only one room is stylish, spacious, and properly renovated, while the rest of the hotel, including the building itself, looks extremely old, poorly maintained, and nothing like what is advertised. The room we were given was outdated, uncomfortable, quite dirty, and had a very unpleasant smell. The overall atmosphere was simply awful. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. There was absolutely zero understanding, flexibility, or customer service. Despite explaining why the room was unacceptable, they refused to offer any reasonable solution or refund. They had already taken our money upfront and basically told us, “If you don’t like it, you can leave.” As a result, I was forced to search for another hotel late at night, completely exhausted, while they simply kept my money. A very disappointing and unpleasant experience. Beautiful Instagram marketing, but a completely different reality. Zero hospitality, zero customer care, and absolutely no respect for guests. I would strongly recommend not trusting the Instagram photos and checking the actual room you are booking before paying.

  Everything I expected & way more!

  Liked: Wonderful location, more quiet and quaint & very safe compared to some of the more touristy locations. But seriously so close to everything. With that said, the hotel and staff were absolutely amazing & so accommodating. The history behind this beautiful place doesn’t disappoint. I stayed in room one & I couldn’t help but stare at the ceilings & murals throughout the hours of the night. I can’t wait to go back!
