  Staff friendly. Very convenient to walk the central city

  Liked: Very central and convenient

  Disliked: The shower didn’t work intermittently at peak times during our short stay but that may be remedied by now. It was reported as we left.

  It was great overall

  Liked: Room and bed were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast. There is a laundry just a couple doors down, so that was convenient.

  Disliked: The parking situation should be outlined beforehand for those who are driving a car there. It was a bit of a nightmare finding the parking lot through massive crowds and a confused Google Maps.

  Great hotel for Florence

  Liked: Very friendly staff. There was no wifi at arrival which was fixed the same day. Rooms were very clean. Good location. Breakfast and roof garden

  Disliked: Breakfast room little small, but ok.

  Liked: New refurbished room. Clean and good size

  Disliked: No kettle, coffee and tea bags. Safe too small for keeping laptops, iPads. No tissue box as well

  Clean and comfortable if rather small room in heart of Florence

  Liked: Great location in centre. Breakfast was good. Room was clean.

  Disliked: Room very small. Water pressure in shower very low. Rooftop bar not really happening. No tea/coffee making facilities in room.
