Ideal central location. Basic but clean

Liked: Amazing location just a few steps from the Duomo. Room overlooking a terraza and busy streets but the sound proofing was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Coffee machine free in the mornings

Disliked: Room was ok but bathroom quite small. Clean though

  I highly recommend this hotel!

Liked: Location was amazing, and my room was very quiet; I never heard any noise from the busy street. The hotel was quiet, too. The place was very clean.

Disliked: You should not need to have a smartphone to be able to check into a hotel room if you´re arriving after hours. I know it´s 2026, but I don´t believe that this should be the only option. It works, but it´s really not the best.

  Nice enough stay but expensive

Liked: The location is perfect. It has a lift. It felt very safe. The staff is friendly. Room was really big.

Disliked: Very basic accommodation for the high price point. Also bed only had a thin sheet for warmth.
