  We probably won't stay at this location again

  Liked: The locations was great, next to shopping and great restaurants. We did not eat breakfast there. Our room had a sewer smell that was all about the hotel, not sure why.

  Disliked: The room had a bad smell, and the staff did the best they could to help us out.

  Very comfortable

  Liked: Location, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, balcony rooftop view.

  Disliked: Air con did not work very well and with open windows we got eaten by mosquitoes.

  Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Great location

  Liked: Perfect location for walking into centre of Florence and near to station for exploring Tuscany.

  Disliked: Rooms heating/air con centrally controlled, meant it was stuffy for a couple of days.

  Wonderful well-located hotel with very nice staff, great rooftop terrace and yummy breakfast!

  Liked: The location of the hotel is great, being so near the train station. I absolutely loved the roof terrace for a drink watching the sunset. And our bedroom was great as it has a mezzanine and a second bathroom which was unexpected. Great breakfast too!

  Disliked: As it is an old building, we could clearly hear the noise from the neighbors above and next to us... Overall we still slept well but it's not as quiet as would perhaps be expected by some.
