Very good
Liked: Breakfast was great the location was awesome and very centralized.
Disliked: Everything was great.
Florence
Liked: Good location with great views of the Brunelleschi's dome. Clean room. Able to leave luggage on the last day after check out.
Disliked: Nothing in the room, no water, kettle or fridge. Having a couple of bottles of water would have been good. The coffee machine at breakfast was terrible, extremely poor coffee for Italy. We couldn't drink, so we had to have juice only. Hot Water from the machine is weird too. The no taking anything out of the breakfast room, felt a bit too strict, and not a good vibe. Felt staff could have been a bit more friendly as again vibe not great, not as relaxed or helpful.

Liked: Excellent location in the city center. The breakfast was excellent and a lot of food options. In relation to the room it's a standard room
Disliked: The lack of a lift in the hotel.
