  Liked: It's an excellent place, clean and welcoming. The staff are professional, and you truly feel like you can rest here.

  Disliked: The walk to the hotel goes past an area near the station where some people were shouting. My wife felt a little uneasy, but that's not the hotel's fault.

  Great friendly staff with a beautiful room

  Liked: The staff was very welcoming and attentive.

  Disliked: Obviously the hotel itself has no say in this but the location around the train station is a bit sketchy at night. Did not feel safe walking to the hotel past 8pm which may be a problem for some travelers.

  Liked: It was close to the SM Novella Firenze train station. We only needed one night as we were going to Florence to spend 1 night so we can go to the Mall outlet. This hotel was clean, convenient, room was spacious, rain shower had great water pressure and the staff was very nice. We kept our bag at the hotel while we shopped at the Mall outlet and they did it for free. My cousin didn't realize she left her Kindle and the housekeeping was so honest they collected it for us and made sure we got it before we left. If your looking for a clean and reasonable hotel near the train station I recommend this place

  Location was perfect, this is not a 4* hotel

  Liked: Location was perfect as we used the railway station nearby, plus everything was walking distance. car hire place was close by as well.

  Disliked: I was given a room in the annex at the back of the main building, which I think was a cheaper but I had already paid, I assumed I would get a room in the main building. The room (206) did not have any emergency instruction, the telephone did not work, there was no hotel information. The room AC unit was exposed with pipes etc. It did not have any cover on it., no instructions on how to control or switch of the AC. I complained to the reception staff but they were not interested. The hotel bar was part of the main reception and very limited drinks menu. For a 4* hotel this was not acceptable. I have stayed in 3* hotels which were better than this one. Breakfast was ok pastries were not fresh, not enough variety of fruits, cakes were dry.
