  Below average, but location good

  Liked: Location great, 5 min walk to the Duomo.lovely Italian takeaway restaurant up the road so good we went twice. Mini supermarket 2 min walk. Breakfast was okay. Room cleaning was good.

  Disliked: Rooms small, bathroom kitted out with black tiles and cheap fittings. Sink leaking, shower was a power shower but too big for the tray so it was leaking. Shower was lukewarm assumed initially it was just timing and no hot water left but sink water was warm so must be shower setting. Interior room looking into another side of the building in bad need of maintenance. At £175 per night I would really expect better.

  Liked: Absolutely nothing refused to stay there had paid for it for 2 nights ran out of the place screaming. I never saw anything as bad in my life and I'm not fussy but the place was crawling. The staff not professional at all. I wouldn't advertise this as a hotel a bad hostel maybe with a push. The pictures are so deceiving can't believe it is even on booking.com

  Disliked: Absolutely everything ran out of the place, unprofessional staff, dirty, room dark and full of mosquitoes I counted at least 26 that I could see. No avoid like the plague.

  Great location, comfortable with friendly staff

  Liked: The property was in a great location, easy to get to the train station and walk to areas of interest. The room was tidy and comfortable. They also had a lovely variety of foods to offer for breakfast. All the staff were friendly and helpful to point out good paths to take!

  Disliked: There were lots of stairs, but they also had an elevator to use.
