  This hotel is great for its location

  Liked: The location was awesome. Our room overlooks the famous Ponte Vecchio bridge. It was walking distance to all the major attractions and ample dining options.

  Disliked: The lift was extremely small and our room 4 floors up.

  Great location for walking to all the attractions

  Liked: Great location just steps away from Ponte Vecchio and a few minutes walk to the Uffizi Gallery. Quiet rooftop terrace restaurant. Good breakfast. Very helpful staff.

  Disliked: I would definitely stay there again, but would avoid having a car next time!! With all the one way and narrow streets (and lots of pedestrians), getting to the hotel was difficult and getting to the overnight parking garage was a challenge!!

  Cute Hotel but Noisy

  Liked: The hotel is very sweetly designed with characterful touches, and the location is perfect. The rooftop restaurant is also fabulous, excellent food and views.

  Disliked: This is an extremely noisy hotels with walls like paper. I was originally put in a 4th floor room directly below the commercial kitchen with loud banging/ audible movement going on until midnight then starting up again at 7am. I then moved to a first floor room next to the cleaning closet which was also loud beginning early mornings. I suppose it would be fine if you aren't a light sleeper but this is definitely something to be aware of.
