  First time in italy. First three nights at Hotel Kraft and it was just the perfect beginning

  Liked: Location! Staff for the most part spoke english

  Wonderful vacation in a beautiful Hotel

  Liked: There is not really anything very negative to say about the hotel. Location is good though a little out from the centre, view from roof terrace is very impressive, staff are great, rooms are large and well done, everything is newly refurbished. The pool is heated in the "Winter" to 30 degrees centigrade, very nice. Winter is roughly the end of september. Italians wear coats when it is 25 degrees outside, we wear shorts and t-shirts:) Photos are taken from the roof terrace.

  Disliked: Tricky, i suppose it would have been nice if it was a couple of hundred yards nearer the centre, though that really isn't a big deal. It's not the cheapest hotel in the area though you do get what you pay for.

  Most impressive rooftop terrace!

  Liked: All the staff were very nice, and the rooftop bar restaurant and pool area is exceptional. Great views, drink, and food menu. Perfect for a drink, lunch or dinner with Sunset views. Also, the beds were very comfortable with nice sheets. The room was a little noisy and not very large but overall a good experience. Also close to Most of the top sites to see in Florence.
