Liked: Convenient location close to everything, lovely staff, cleaning every day

Disliked: It was quite noisy; there was also an ongoing renovation, which created a lot of noise

Pleasant stay, nice location, higher price

Liked: Great location and very friendly staff.

Disliked: Noisy restaurant next door, which is probably the reason I found a cockroach in my room when I left my window open. It is not a mistake of the hotel but a consequence of its location.

  So nice!

Liked: Everything was great! We choose Hotel Mario’s every time we visit Florence. The location is great, it’s clean, it has a really nice vibe and a huge plus is that all its people are friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the lady that served breakfast, so kind and friendly! We’ll definitely visit again!

Disliked: Although the double bed is really spacious, the mattress was a bit too hard for our preference.
