  Liked: Good location; good breakfast, Friendly staff

  Disliked: First bedroom had a ridiculously small shower/bath unsiltable for adults. Got a rooom change following morning

  It’s ok for a night or 2

  Liked: Great location near the train station and easy to walk around the area The food was limited and the juice and meats were not cold or refrigerated

  Disliked: We were given room 33, avoid this room at all costs The window loovers were broken and couldn’t be closed the bathroom had a weird bath that was hard to get into and the door didn’t close. And it’s nothing like the photos They did move us to a nicer room after I complained

  Liked: Very close to the train station. Restrurants galore! Great location in the center of everything. Would def stay again.

  Good value in the centre of Florence

  Liked: Great location right in the heart of Florence. Charming building with a lot of character. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

  Disliked: Breakfast could really be improved, limited options and food didn't taste fresh. Also not much sound proofing which meant we could hear people chatting in the halls, though at night the hotel was relatively quiet.
