  Liked: Terrace was nice, the only catch is second bed was small. Even that its a great price/performance place.

  A great location with disadvantages

  Liked: The location.

  Disliked: The cold water in the shower and the shower itself. The shower head was fixed on the wall above one's head. There was some hot water but it just disappeared after a short time.

  Disliked: Not enough space to upload your language.. in the bathroom no shelves for toiletries.. nowhere to put your stuff

  Disliked: There were bugs in the room, heater broken, elevator sounds loud in midnight, toilet noise from next room can be heard very clearly.

  Excellent

  Liked: Great location and walking distance to the many attractions

  Disliked: The elevator always went to the sixth floor first and was full when it was coming down with people from the roof bar.

  Overall a decent stay in central Florence

  Liked: Very central location and helpful staff

  Disliked: Due to it being central there was quite a bit of street noise, and the bed was very firm

Good to know

The hotel is fully accessible except for two small steps at the entrance to the reception. There is no ramp available, but access is possible for guests with standard (non-motorized) wheelchairs with the assistance of a companion or a member of the reception staff, which is open 24/7.
