  Liked: Clean and functional. Polite staff. Walking distance from airport but not noisy.

  Just needed two nights near the airport in Florence. We could not spend more time there, but we’re still able to spend a

  Liked: The location near the airport for an early departure, and outside the restricted driving zone, which avoids surprise fines showing up long after you’ve returned home.

  Disliked: Elevators are tiny, but that is not unusual for Europe.

  A budget hotel but ok for a quick stay if you are not looking for luxury

  Liked: Good location to the airport for an overnight stay after a late flight arrival. It was ok but would not want to stay here again.

  Disliked: It’s very old and needs an update. Shower is a bad design causing water to flow onto the floor.the bed is uncomfortable and pillows lumpy. The breakfast is average and there seems to be no rush to fill up the empty Bain Marie’s which were mostly empty of food when we arrived.

  Liked: Convenient to the airport Front desk personnel were extremely helpful both upon arrival and morning checkout.

  Disliked: Very loud guests on my floor. I had an early morning flight and trying to get sleep around 9-10pm was impossible.

  Disliked: Very disappointing stay. There was no internet, and no shuttle to the airport as advertised. The Hotel is old and tired. Plumbing was poor and noisy. Will not be going back!

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Would not recommend. The room was advertised with air conditioning, but there was none. When we asked, the front desk told us the manager had turned it off. The room also felt unclean. We were only there a few hours, thankfully, and would not stay here again.
