  Fab find

Liked: Hotel not far from train station. Duomo, Ponte Vecchio and other sites all within easy walking distance. Good selection at breakfast. Roomed cleaned everyday. We had a room facing the street and it was surprisingly quiet. Lots of restaurants, eateries and bars around about.

  Disliked: Nothing.

Property is in the city centre. One of the male receptionist named Alex is very friendly and helpful

Liked: Near the city centre and accessible to public transporations. Room was well cleaned.

Disliked: Difficult to find a parking space for the car or the nearest one is very expensive.Heavy luggage is bit concerning cause there was only stairs going up to the reception.

  Great location

Liked: Friendly staff, fantastic breakfast options, comfortable bed and pillows. Close to everything including the train station.

Disliked: The stairs up to the reception was a challenge with suitcases (but there's a lift for floors above this). A bit of street noise too.

  Excellent Location, fully equipped

Liked: Very close to the railway station, Cattedrale di Santa Maria del Fiore and all the other attractions. There are plenty of places to eat and shop near the hotel. Each room provides two complimentary bottles of alchol and water every day. The rooms are fully equipped.

Disliked: The lift doesn’t start from the ground floor, so guests need to carry their luggage up to the reception (go up one floor). The rooms are a little on the small side for the price.
