  Liked: The food was good The place was clean Very close to airport and central Florence Tram station nearby

  Disliked: Our room was close to the reception and breakfast area, and it was noisy at times The showerhead was fixed to the ceiling and couldn't be removed to use as a regular shower

  Liked: The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They moved us to a quieter room and kindly let us leave our luggage there after check-out. The location was great, with a tram stop just down the street, making it easy to get to the old town. The room was clean, and the breakfast was super good!

  Disliked: The room was a bit noisy due to traffic outside and people passing through the hallway, if your room is right next to the breakfast area.

  Good for groups, traveling for a short stay

  Liked: The staff at the hotel were excellent. Very helpful, very responsive. It was nice that we actually had breakfast, which was not announced when we did the booking. The hotel is conveniently located literally 2 minutes away from a T2 stop, 10 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes from the center and Duomo. It served its purpose fine.

  Disliked: Aside from the sign, which says hotel, the place is very unhotel-like - the entrance and the access, which is shared with other living quarters in the building. The fact that the place does not have 24 hour reception with this shared accessibility left me, personally, feeling a bit unsafe. The street in front is not sufficiently lit. This however is the approach in all cities such as Florence, overwhelmed with tourists, who come for a couple of nights to see the magnificent culture and history. Everything turns into a hotel or other type of accommodation and serves people, who are almost never going to return.

  It was really nice

  Liked: The room was clean and I paid a really low price for the service I was able to enjoy. Their breakfast is reach and good. The location was also really comfortable to reach the city center.

  A hidden gem

  Liked: Everything. It’s my second time here. The staff is so wonderful. It’s across the street from a tram stop. There is a grocery store across the street. It’s not far from the Old City and not far from the airport. It’s always impeccably clean. It’s a wonderful place to stay.
