  Liked: A perfectly decent hotel; good value for money. Location is near the city center, 10 min by tram, the tram station is near the hotel.

  Disliked: I arrived at the hotel before the official check-in time, paid for my room, added two breakfasts (my original booking did not include them), left my suitcase in the luggage storage, and went out to explore the city. When I returned to the hotel that evening, a complication arose: I hadn’t been asked for any identification when I paid for the room, and consequently, there was no record in the system indicating that I had paid for my stay. Fortunately, I had my payment receipt, so I was checked in quite quickly. However, the next morning, when I went for breakfast, I was told that breakfast wasn’t linked to my room. I had to go to the front desk to sort it out; the issue was resolved promptly, but the same thing happened again the following morning. While this didn’t cause any major inconvenience or ruin my trip, the staff should be more attentive to avoid such situations in the future.

  Liked: Nice comfy bed, window view to a small river with ducks🥰. Quite location. Good breakfast. Easy to get to the city by tram, 15 min ish. Bathroom was equipped for accessibility neededs! I would recommend for a short stay 👌

  Disliked: The shower cabin was leaking, and there was water all over the bathroom floor 😬

  Nice Hotel in Florence for passing through

  Liked: We had to make a last minute reservation here and they were most accommodating. The staff and were very friendly and most helpful. We enjoyed a nice dinner and breakfast at the hotel before moving on with our trip.

  All was very very good “Except the parking”:)

  Liked: Room was very good, clean and convenient, breakfast was very good, location is very good, 4 mins walking to the nearest tram station that takes you anywhere.

  Disliked: When I arrived the parking was already full, it took me more than an hour to find suitable spot in the blue line areas, and there were no space in front of the hotel to load or offload the luggage. Although are four spots in front of the hotel for luggage handling but were taken already. So I had to deal with the luggage from where i parked to the hotel.
