  The best location to stay in Florence

  Liked: We were upgraded to a suite. It was great.

  Disliked: We had a fuse to blow because of the difference in electrical capacity. But they fixed it quickly.

  Liked: We love the hotel, room, bed / room was lovely, great night sleep

  Disliked: There wasn't much I didn't like, maybe a bigger bar / lounge area, but there are plenty of bars and restaurants just outside the door. However we spent more time away from the hotel during the day/evening because of this. Which made it more of a bed and breakfast feel ( very high end B&B) more than a hotel.

  Amazing

  Liked: This is an amazing place to stay in Florence. Right in the center of everything. The staff were awesome and the breakfast was mind blowing. The beds and pillows made it hard to get up and go check out the city. Do yourself a favor and stay here.

  great location, great staff, amazing food. perfect location right in town

  Liked: breakfast was lovely daily. staff were so good! The minibar was complementary and restocked daily. everything was clean. we really enjoyed their hospitality. perfect location
