  Liked: Good location, the staff was very nice

  Disliked: The most uncomfortable sleep, the pillows were tiny, the bed was not comfortable.

  Liked: The location is amazing, couple of minutes of walking from train station and about 10 minutes walking to main attractions.

  Disliked: The room had an unpleasant smell, there were stains on doors and walls, pillows were way to thin.

  Old but Gold

  Liked: We got an upgrade to a huge room and it was spacious and clean. The reception was very kind and understanding when I told him that the original room l that he assigned made me feel claustrophobic. The location was fantastic. 8 mins away from Florence Main Train station and another 8 mins away from the Duomo. There's plenty of eateries and shopping area.

  Great!!

  Liked: The location is perfect! The staff is really friendly and helpful. We had four beds so we got to choose which bed we wanted to use. All the necessities were there and we even got to leave our luggage for the rest of the day so we could go and explore the city.

  Disliked: The shower does not have a lot of pressure so that made it a bit harder to wash out hair. All four beds did differ in how hard it was and went from quite soft to quite hard.
