  Depressed

  Liked: Breakfast bad. I ate at restaurants.Lack of heating.

  Disliked: Old room, beds olds, windows did not open, bath small, shower very small, room floor old with dirty spots. I did not like you, Booking Company, because you did not show pictures of hotel as is. This mislead my decision. You need to verify and Certify the hotels.

  We stayed for 1 night and are satisfied․

  Liked: The hotel was in a very convenient location; we arrived in Florence by train and reached it within a 10-minute walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella (Firenze SMN) station. It also took us about 10 to 12 minutes to walk to both the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia Gallery. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. Our room was a decent size—most importantly, it wasn't too small—and it included a safe, which was very important to us. We asked for a warm blanket, and they responded immediately. Տhere is also a supermarket within about a 7-8 minute walking distance.

  Disliked: Everything was good and the hotel matched its price, so there is nothing to complain about.

  Liked: The location is perfect for us - so close to SMN station and the Piazza. There's always a warm, friendly welcome. The rooms are basic but everything you need. Hotel Tourist is our Florence "go to"

  Great location great views

  Liked: Great location. Staff very friendly. Room clean and nice and great views to the main street. Only downside was limited breakfast but still a nice place.

  Perfect place for my short stay

  Liked: The room was a good size, the bed comfy, it had a little fridge, and AC. The location was great - near the station and many of the attractions.
