  Liked: Staff were helpful.

  Would be perfect for one night

  Liked: The location was great and it had parking.

  Disliked: The room was very small and with not a lot of space for our luggage or clothes.

  It sucked!!! Don’t stay there!!

  Liked: The water in the shower was nice & hot… While I only interacted with staff members when we checked in and again when we checked out, the two people I dealt with were very friendly & polite.

  Disliked: The room was dirty, the toilet seat was loose, the handle on the patio door was practically falling off and it was hard to close, the air-conditioning didn’t work in the room and you couldn’t leave the patio door open because of all the bugs (my poor wife got bit to death), it was very loud with a lot of door banging all the time, I’ve never stayed in a hotel room before that didn’t have any kind of pictures or artwork on the walls. The lock on the safe kept falling out all the time and I had to keep fixing it.

  Comfortable with a pool

  Liked: It was walkable from the Ponte Vecchio although up a bit of a hill. In Oltrarno district which was such a cool area

  Ideal retreat from the hot city

  Liked: Comfortable beds, great location up a beautiful shady street. Ideal to be able to swim!

  Disliked: Photos are quite stylised compared to reality but we still really enjoyed it!
