  I wouldn't stay in the hotel again

  Liked: Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful

  Disliked: -Lots of noise around my room with staff slamming the stairs doors regularly. -Pool area closed for maintenance. -Expensive for what it was

  Disliked: Picked the property for the pool and during stay pool was unable to be used due maintenance which wasn't communicated before stay. The mini fringe didn't get topped up and cups / glasses were not removed from room during clean

  Disappointed due to location being beside a nightclub that is open until 4am

  Liked: The rooftop restaurant and bar

  Disliked: It’s beside Central Nightclub. Open until 4am 5 nights a week. It was shocking this is allowed. We had to move room during the night as the noise was unbearable I’m surprised this is allowed in Florence due to noise pollution.
