Liked: The room was very clean, at about 3-4 minutes from Ponte Vecchio and right next to Palazzo Pitti, with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and souvenirs shops. Being on a side street was perfecf because it was quite quiet. Lucia was very nice and helpful.

Disliked: The only con I could find it’s that it didn’t have a flat iron so I had to take a steamer in my luggage that took a lot of space.

Good location but extremely tight quarters!

Liked: Location was fantastic right by the Ponte Vecchio.

Disliked: Two flights of very narrow staircase with high stairs and poorly lit. Very small space for two people with two large suitcases. Internet was very bad. I needed it for work and had to run around to cafe’s to use their internet. No internet after 4:30pm. Very small shower. I had to open the doors to bend down to pick up the soap! A bit funny that! Aircon could barely keep up with extremely hot conditions. Host did offer a refund and also brought us a fan that helped a lot.
