Fabulous
Overall, good value for money consider it is Florence. I only wish they do something about the smell
Liked: Great staff and location. The team was very friendly and helpful. They acted very professionally and tried their best to help. The location is fantastic as you are close to everything and just a short walk from most of the famous attractions
Disliked: The smell in the room was really something! We complained when we just walked in and the staff were great and changed our room. But the smell started again after mid-night in this room too! They told us that this is a familiar problem in Florence every time it rains! The room isolation was also very thin. We can hear everything in the room next to us and felt them when they checked in mid-night!
Very enjoyable
Liked: Building, location, staff. Breakfast team very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nit much to say. Maybe the mattress, not very flat anymore due to wear and tear.
Beautiful place. Didn’t appreciate the noise early in the morning, staff were incredibly friendly
Liked: Great location
Disliked: Noisy at random times
We were in the area for a wedding so had many family members at the location and it worked out beautifully
Liked: Location was perfect
Room looked “lived in” and missing essential items and other promised amenities-robes, hangers, WiFi, air conditioners
Liked: Location perfect on Arno River near all shopping and dining
Disliked: The staff at front desk unprofessional, unhelpful, rude
The hotel is in a perfect location but other than the room size the room was a real disappointment
Liked: The restaurant at lunch and the outdoor bar area were very nice and comfortable, the staff were very good and the location is perfect
Disliked: The rooms are poorly equipped. We had a junior suite overlooking the river which could only be seen by standing right up at the window. The room was enormous but poorly equipped and designed, hardly any space for clothes to be hung, no space for toiletries in the bathroom and very much style over substance. Breakfast is buffet style and very average
