  Great location but we would have preferred a softer mattress

  Liked: The location, the breakfast, the staff and the cleanliness.

  Disliked: The bed was very hard and our room had a lot of noise from outside at night.

  Dreamlike place in Florence

  Liked: Wow, what an amazing property. The location is to die for.. you can see Brunelleschi's tomb from your room. It is 10m minutes from the SM station. The room is huge and the bathroom really big. The breakfast service is to die for. Getting a multi course breakfast at a time of your choosing. felt really pampered. There are so many options for lunch and dinner all walking distance. THE LOCATION IS JUST PERFECT. Actually everythinG about this property is PERFECT

  Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Firenze

  Liked: Great staff - personable and proactive with all assistance - very helpful. Very comfortable beds. Great aircon and sound proofing. Super clean and lovely presentation. Fabulous location close to many historic centre icons. Delicious breakfast made to order. It is on the third floor and there is an elevator/lift. Couldn't get a connection to WiFi- we didn't care or attempt to resolve due to short stay. Beautiful clean, well lit and resourced bathroom but shower cubicle is a bit tight if you are a larger person, however very good water pressure. View over San Lorenzo square and musicians in the evening was fun, but room is soundproofed against this when windows are closed.
