  Very peaceful stay in a very well staffed hotel

  Lovely romantic weekend stay

  Disliked: Very sad the access to the spa is limited when you actually are a hotel guest.

  Perfect spot to relax and enjoy Florence

  Liked: The staff were friendly, always helpful and professional. The garden area was a fantastic location to enjoy breakfast and then a drink before dinner. The location was easy to access and close to public transport.

  Great location and beautiful staff

  Liked: Location, very friendly staff with lots of advice about the area. Breakfast was nice.

  Disliked: Rooms nicely appointed however, the rooms aren't functional for touring as we were..meaning no room for suitcases and toiletries. Other than that we cant fault.

  Very enjoyable stay. The staff made it. They were so helpful

  Liked: I liked the style and the peaceful ambiance.

  Disliked: The bed was too hard for me. Would have been better, if there was opportunity to have some kind of room service or snack.
