  A gorgeous hotel in a lovely neighborhood with a huge room and a standout concierge

  Liked: The hotel sits in a really lovely neighbourhood on the outskirts of town, very pleasant to wander around, with the river, train station and plenty of bars within easy reach. The design is gorgeous, and our room was huge (they generously upgraded us). The concierge couldn’t have done more for us and even surprised me with balloons and small cakes in the room for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch.

  Disliked: Just one small thing: a member of staff at breakfast had a bit of an attitude and made it clear she wasn’t happy about us arriving so close to finishing time. Other than that, our stay was thoroughly pleasant.

  Super romantic and luxurious stay

  Liked: This hotel is INCREDIBLE. If you're debating, definitely get the room with the balcony. It is outside of the city center so it's nice and quiet. The staff was lovely.

  Disliked: The staff were all so kind but I think they may need more help with the room service staffing; when we ordered it was one poor guy running around.

  Liked: I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Montebello. The service was excellent, and my junior suite was so charming and beautifully decorated. I would happily stay here again.

  Disliked: The breakfast wasn’t really to my taste. It was the only part of my stay that I didn’t particularly enjoy.

  If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further!. then Palazzo Montebello

  Liked: Palazzo Montebello was in a perfect location, close enough to the things we wanted to see, but far away enough from the crowds. The atmosphere was very quiet and relaxing, and the entire staff was wonderful! A special shout out to Enrico. He was great with dinner recommendations and quick to call a taxi if necessary.
