  Highly recommend for a little luxury in the heart of Florence

  Liked: We had such a great time here during our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their list of recommended restaurants was excellent and they were happy to make bookings for us if needed which we really appreciated. The room was gorgeous, and the breakfast was lovely. Location is also amazing - very close to Palazzo Pitti and one bridge up from Ponte Vecchio.

  Fantastic romantic spot

  A great location, in a lovely old palazzo

  Liked: The staff were terrific. We booked at the last minute, then our train was delayed and the staff had to wait for us to arrive. The location is great and there is quaint old elevator.

  Beautiful Hotel, Wonderful Staff, and Excellent Location!

  Liked: We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, the location is fantastic, and the service was excellent. The staff was amazing—friendly, attentive, and always welcoming. We booked two rooms. The first one, located on the first floor, was wonderful! Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for. The second room was a more expensive apartment. Although it was also beautifully decorated and very charming, the bathroom was not on the same level as the main bedroom. You had to go up and down stairs to reach it, which was a bit inconvenient, especially during the night. This is something to keep in mind if you have mobility issues or prefer easy access to the bathroom. Aside from that, everything was lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel. The wonderful staff and excellent service made our experience even more special
