  Very nice hotel with delightful staff

  Liked: Breakfast was wonderful. Overall, the hotel was great. A dinner menu with hot food would be nice, given the location of the hotel.

  Beautiful property and location

  Liked: Loved the location, the grounds and the buildings. All very beautiful!

  Beautiful hotel and a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back

  Liked: The location was beautiful - close to Boboli and Bardini Gardens yet only a twenty minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. The pool was lovely and the breakfast was a feast. The staff, especially Katy, were so lovely and made the very best cappuccinos at breakfast. The walk into the city is really beautiful and takes you past Gallileo’s house.

  Disliked: The room, in the annex, was quite dark (although that would be good in the hot summer months) and you could hear slight road noise.

  Incredibly wonderful stay from the scrumptious breakfast to the peacefully beautiful surroundings

  Liked: Everything. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is charming, quaint and inviting. It’s the second time I’ve stayed there and would happily stay there again!

  Disliked: Nothing, there is nothing not to like.
